High School: Graduation Years 2029-2030 (Rising 9th-10th Graders)

Our high school team is open to players who are rising 9th and 10th graders, with a focus on creating meaningful opportunities to grow during the early high school years. By competing and training with players at a similar stage of development, players are able to get more reps, learn the game, and build confidence that carries to their high school teams.

For players interested in collegiate opportunities, this age is important, and we will to work with families interested in navigating the recruiting process.

Middle School: Graduation Years 2031-2033 (Rising 6th-8th Graders)

Our middle school team is open to players who are rising 6th-8th graders. Our focus at the middle school level is teaching strong fundamentals, growing a love for the game, and preparing players to compete in high school. We believe that giving players the opportunity to experience different coaching styles and competition outside of Knoxville makes our players stronger and raises the level of play for the local lacrosse community.

Elementary School: Graduation Years 2034-2036 (Rising 3rd-5th Graders)

Our elementary school team is open to players who are rising 3rd-5th graders. At this level, we emphasize strong fundamentals, teamwork, and competition in a fun, supportive environment. We want to keep players excited about lacrosse while preparing them for continued growth in the sport.
